Warranty & Returns
Once you have a problem with any of our jewelry, you can send a photo or go to the physical store and we will make an evaluation of the damage if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will proceed to give a totally new piece.
But if the damage is due to misuse or the effects of humidity or exposure to chemical products, we will offer you a maintenance and repair service.
International deliveries
Once the product is canceled, the shipment is made in the next 8 business days.
For purchases of more than 400 dollars the shipping is free and for purchases of less than 400 dollars the value of the shipment is negotiated with the buyer.
